Dr. Mark Honce
DDS FICOI OKU
Dr. Mark Honce was born and raised in Kelowna, BC. Never imagining leaving such a beautiful hometown, Dr. Mark knew he’d eventually return to Kelowna after studying abroad.
At only 16 years of age, Dr. Mark left Kelowna to attend Walla Walla University in Washington State, where he received his BSc in Biology in just three years. He went on to pursue the field of Dentistry and became a graduate of the prestigious Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. He was also awarded Member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honour Dental Society, Prosthetic Dentistry Excellence award from Southern California Dental Society, and Fellowship status in the International Congress of Oral Implantology in 2004.
Dr. Mark was one of the very first dentists to bring Alloderm-based tissue grafting to the interior after receiving training by one of the top pioneering periodontists in the US, Dr. Pat Allan. He is Solea Laser certified and known for continuously innovating the field of dentistry. Dr. Mark has been practicing niche digital dentistry for over 20 years and will continue investing in advanced oral health solutions and patient-first care.
Dr. Myles Honce
DDS
Since 1975, Dr. Myles Honce has been a cornerstone of the oral health community in Kelowna. Since opening the doors to Honce Dentistry, Dr. Myles has continuously advanced the practice and experience for its patients and staff alike.
Like Dr. Mark, Dr. Myles graduated from Loma Linda University’s School of Dentistry and brought his education and expertise back home. Dr. Myles committed to his vision of making an impact on the community by staying at the forefront of advancements in dentistry, embracing new technologies, and assembling a dynamic, forward-thinking team. He digitized patient records before other dentists and introduced digital radiography and laser dentistry to his practice all the way back to the 90’s.
In the past four decades, Dr. Myles has warmly welcomed new patients to the practice and grown the local community. He was thrilled to create a legacy practice with his son, Dr. Mark, eventually selling it to him and seeing a new generation rise and evolve. Today, Dr. Myles continues to contribute his knowledge and expertise to the practice. He is Solea Laser certified and a leader in dental care. Dr. Myles is a true testament to the transformative power of a dedicated and compassionate dental practitioner.

Laser Technology

CEREC Equipment
Experience in-clinic, same-day restorations that reduce the need to make multiple appointments and trips to the dentist. Additionally, the state-of-the-art equipment reduces risks with no temporary placement required, is minimally invasive, provides precise restoration and placement, and offers beautiful and customized aesthetic advancements.
